I watched the videos and observed the way the teacher used gestures effectively. He also used the imperative 'listen' when he wanted students to repeat a word, therefore getting their full attention.
I would like to steal the way he ends a task by saying "That's good! Thank you!" or "Okay! Thank you!" It made it clear to the students that the task had ended, and the transition was smoother.

There is a part one and a part two. Record these together as 60 minutes of observation in your CELTA 5.
