Traveling expenses

I have passed my CELTA in November and started to think that I might want to go abroad and teach ESL, however I was wondering if travel expenses are covered by the companies that might hire.

Can anyone please share the experience about the travel expenses, and if once the job offer has been made, do they pick you up from the airport?
