On Thursday, you will have your observations at EC. Please arrive at the center by 10am, check in at the front desk, and then go to room 412. The center is located above Abercrombie and Fitch; the entrance is on the side of the building across from Anthem.

You do not need to come to Teaching House beforehand, but you will need to come to the center after your observation to complete the record in your CELTA5 and discuss your respective observations.

If you have any questions about these observations, please ask. Otherwise, we expect that you will be polite guests and dress professionally.

Comment by Joshua Yardley on July 2, 2019 at 9:31pm: Just remember that for many of you, this is the first time you've ever taught a grammar lesson. It's ok if it doesn't go exactly as planned. Learn from this experience and do better next time. There will be the chance to teach another grammar lesson at the end of the course with the new group.
