Did I mention that your CELTA counts for 6 advance grad credits in this wonderful MA TESOL program in Vermont? If after your experience teaching abroad or wherever you are looking to take your development further, consider a DELTA but also an MA. If you choose this one, all the work you did on your course will pay off...AGAIN! Here: http://www.smcvt.edu/Graduate-Programs/Academic-Programs/Teaching-E...

One more video link! You will also recognize this approach, PERSONALIZING the language, esp. with grammar, etc., to make it meaningful for the people in the room. Here: http://bit.ly/1nD0h5f. Awesome stuff! A good model...

This 60 minute videos w/ Chris Redston are quite good: http://bit.ly/1nCVTDe. They are older ones; I'm in a LIVE session with him right now as I type this...it's on the CambridgeEnglishTeacher.org site we gave you a membership card for.

Hope everyone's doing well. Drop a line whenever you've got employment/teaching/travel news! :)

Hope everyone is doing well!

Just a reminder - when you go abroad...be EXTRA SUPER UBER CRAZY careful about any and all drug use/activity/even casual association...many countries have a very, very, VERY conservative attitude and policy about drugs, even pot. Don't assume legalization/decriminalization in places like good ol' Massachusetts etc. means ANYTHING in places like Korea, Malayalsia (!!), definitely the entire Middle East, etc. etc.

Was just reminded of this when I saw this article online just now: http://www.koreatimesus.com/dozens-of-foreign-english-teachers-arre...

All the best!

We miss you guys, what a great group... ;)

Matthew
