I should also say: hope to see you there! :)

You'll get to meet CELTA grads, some local teachers, local/international employers, and every CELTA trainer from all our centers across the country. At least some of the presentations will likely be highly relevant as well.

See the flyer attached to the previous post for info: for current trainees I'm assuming the fee is also $10. Like it says, email Fiona for more details.

Oops, I forgot to attach the mini-conference schedule/info that in my previous post I said was attached. It's here. Local%20Perspectives%20Expanding%20Horizons.jpg

Hello C2 trainees,

So next weekend I'm doing a presentation at our 'mini-conference' (see attached image for schedule/info) and have been surveying fellow trainers, former trainees, and teachers out there about there perception of/perspective on 'task feedback' (what we do with students to wrap up a class activity, usually to check/review/clarify answres and stuff).

The survey is a casual one, meant to potentially add some interesting tidbits to my presentation about people's associations with 'task feedback'. I'd also like to add 'current trainees' to that list. If you have time (probably takes about 10 minutes? and it's *meant* to be done quickly), I'd really appreciate it! Again though, totally extra; don't feel put upon to even look at it.

Thanks! Here's the link to the Google Forms survey: http://goo.gl/forms/K4UonFrpiI

(it's totally anonymous)

Cheers

Matthew

Matt (or whoever) - what does PELT stand for? Jane

Thanks, Matt. Am I correct that the instructions are on Pg. 83, and the assessment page is Pg. 81? Jane

1. It'll be due on Thursday.

2. It will be discussed on Saturday morning in Patty's input session.

3. Look at the handbook's contents page under 'assignments' and find the SRT assignment outline/instructions there ahead of time.

:)

OK, so am I losing it, or have we not discussed the instructions for the SRT due either Tuesday or Thursday of next week? I've looked everywhere and can't find any reference of what to do. Feedback welcome as soon as possible so I can work on it tonight. Thanks.

Don't worry, Nancy! The activity was a hit for me last night so I'm sure you'll do just fine :)
