How do I edit my name?

Dear Colleagues

I thought I was filling out a form and so included my middle name. I never use this in day to day life; but this web site is calling me by all three names. This makes me feel uncomfortable.
How does one edit one's name?

    Hi Lisa,
    Log into MyTeachingHouse. Click on "Settings", in the top right hand side quarter of the screen. Change your Name in the Name Entry field.
