Step 3 Heatbed cable assembly (part 2) ⬢ Place the black wire above the pin with "GND" sign. Make sure you are using the rounded connector. ⬢ Place the washer above the rounded cable connector. ⬢ Press the M3x10 screw through all parts. ⬢ Hold the screw and carefully turn the heatbed upside down. ⬢ Place the M3nN Nylock nut on the top A temperature controller monitors the temperature of the thermistor which then instructs a heater or cooler when to turn on or off, in order to maintain the temperature of the sensor (thermistor), as well as the target device. They are used widely in applications such as air conditioning and display fridges/freezers - upon many more.
A thermistor embedded in the cube allows the temperature to be measured with a PASPORT Temperature Sensor, a ScienceWorkshop Thermistor Sensor, or a resistance meter. In most cases; the temperature sensor (White cable, Thermistor) is attached to battery negative wire (Black Wire, B-). The wires are separated at the other end where they connect to the DC terminals of the IC series. Black wire should be connected to B- terminal and White wire connected to C2 terminal.
Connect the TH1 cable to the CN20 connector on FTC4 (Master). When the TH1 cable is too long, bundle the excess cable outside the FTC4 (Master) unit. For more details, refer to Section 4.3 in this manual or the installation manual that. comes with PAC-SE41TS-E. When using TH1, place this sensor on appropriate location to detect room temperature.

Mechanical characteristic
A thermistor is a type of resistor whose resistance is strongly dependent on temperature, more so than in standard resistors. The word thermistor is a portmanteau of thermal and resistor. Thermistors are divided based on their conduction model. Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistors have less resistance at higher temperatures, while Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC
