- I am a recent graduate of the University of Illinois: Chicago with a degree in Political Science and East Asian Studies. These are topics I have long been interested in and remain quite passionate about. In fact, I have been fortunate enough to live for extended periods of time in both Japan and Korea. Having studied both Japanese and Korean, I can fully appreciate how difficult and rewarding learning a foreign language can be. Through the CELTA course I hope to gain a solid foundation that will allow me to use the teaching of English to inspire and encourage learners towards greater cross-cultural interaction.
