- I had a full and successful corporate career as an actuary in employee benefits consulting, working on the non-U.S. pension plans of major multinational companies. I have studied Spanish, French, German and Hebrew, sing with the NY Choral Society, and play cello and piano. I have an MA in mathematics and taught calculus when I was in graduate school. My profession certification, earned through a series of examinations, is Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
