Born and educated in Leeds, I graduated in Business Studies in London prior to working in the computer industry for 17 years in sales and training. After having a book on football published, I decided to change career and have been a freelance journalist for newspapers, magazines and websites coming up to two decades now. Over the years, I’ve also run occasional writing workshops in schools. In terms of hobbies, I enjoy travel and jazz.
