I retired from international business in 2011. In 2014 I decided to pursue a Master's in Teaching, which I earned in 2016. I have endorsements in ESL and Spanish and am licensed to teach ESL and Spanish in Oregon and Washington. In California, where I taught ESL part-time in private high schools, I learned that the CELTA certficate is very much in demand. I moved back to Washington State (Oregon border) in March 2019 and will apply for ESL teaching jobs in this area after I complete the CELTA course.
