Fluent in Haitian Creole, French, Arabic and currently studying Turkish (I teach in Turkey). I am in my element when I am outside my comfort zone. I love being in foreign environments where things must be figured out and nothing is what it appears to be. I have a J.D. and LLm, and a MSc. in Urban Policy Analysis and Management. I am interested in Education issues, Development, and Political Risk Analysis.
