I have taught elementary school full time in southern California and Maryland for a total of 12 years. For the next 4 years, I worked at home as a full-time mother of twins. I returned to teaching part-time for another 10 years while also volunteering in various PTA and civic leadership positions. My husband and I have been married 27 years, and our twins recently graduated from college. We have the cutest dog in the world named Marley (after reggae artist Bob Marley, even though our Marley is female). My husband works long hours as a physician, and I would like to return to the field of education in a meaningful capacity. I am interested in teaching English to adults, initially in the United States. Eventually, however, once my husband retires from his medical career, we both plan to educate others while traveling the world together.
