I have a hunch that no one (at least from Robert's group) did actually make a copy/has a scanner, so at this point it might be best just to e-mail Robert &/or Colleen. I think their addresses should be listed in our CELTA book? or in our notes from the 1st day of class.
If neither of them is reachable anytime soon, perhaps you could try shooting an e-mail to the head of the NY center; she's been very responsive and helpful whenever I've called, at least.
As far as making your outline & planning the tasks, I found the lesson we observed Robert teach on the 1st day to be immensely helpful; it's exactly the same format as the one we need to plan, stages & activities (Skills-related receptive reading & productive speaking).
