I consider myself a rookie EFL teacher because though I have been teaching EFL for about 6 years I have only this year begun to get qualified and I am constantly learning on the job. I am very driven as I love the work I do just as I love my students. By doing the CELTA training I hope to improve further and develop my knowledge of the subject of English language to a level where I feel much more competent and confident teaching it.
