I am currently a chef in New York. I want to go to China to teach English as a second language and also to fuse my culinary knowledge of French cuisine with Chinese cuisine. For the techniques used by the French and Chinese are in fact the same.

I am also thinking of teaching English in China, by teaching French culinary arts in English. For the center of Chinese culture is food.
