I am a public health professional who has been involved in training and health education, policy and systems change around chronic disease and obesity prevention for almost 13 years. I have a passion for teaching and am taking the CELTA course in hopes of moving to the Middle East where I can teach English and also get involved in public health, mainly diabetes prevention work. I also wish to become immersed in an Arabic speaking country so I can improve my conversational skills in that language. I speak French, Wolof, English (obviously!) and have a strong base in Arabic. Looking fwd to meeting everyone!!
