- I am an educator with experience in classroom teaching as well as teacher training and program design in the United States. I've worked with a non-profit that designs and implements new designs for both high school and college education. I also have experience in corporate marketing and sales. I'm looking forward to my next adventure in teaching English as a foreign language.

Sorry I just found where to go to accept - not very savvy here ;)
Hey Elaine,
The grid you want to use for the FOL spans pages 93-95 of the CELTA handbook. They are the last three pages (pp.6-8) of the word document you can upload from the 'forms' section. The file is called 'AssignmentFocusontheLearner2014.docx'
